If the called party is busy or the call is not answered, this feature will monitor the called party's status for a period of up to 30 minutes. When both parties are idle, a call will be set up automatically and you will hear a special ring tone. During the monitoring process, the user can continue to originate and receive calls without affecting the CALL BACK request.
Call Return requests can be canceled by dialing a deactivation code.

While in the process of speaking with another party, this feature will allow the user to dial a third number and the call will be transferred and set up between the other two parties. To perform this operation during a call, press the FLASH button on the phone to place the other party on hold, then dial the CALL TRANSFER OPERATION code, followed by the third phone number. The call is transferred when a complete number is entered. You will hear a short confirmation tone, followed by a regular dial tone.

All incoming calls will be forwarded to the specified forwarding number. When you pick up the handset in this case, you will hear 5 discontinuous tones and then a dial tone. This indicates the phone is in the CALL FORWARD ALL state.

The Caller ID, consisting of the name and number of the caller, is displayed with a Caller ID-enabled phone. This feature provides the screening capability of rejecting unwanted calls. For calls originating from a SavyTel Broadband subscriber, only the number is displayed. For calls incoming from PSTN, the phone number of the Gateway will be displayed. Note that the phone terminal called must be Call ID-enabled for the feature to work.

This feature will block all incoming calls that do not reveal the caller's Call ID. When this feature is enabled by the called party, the caller will hear a busy tone.

This feature will allow you to create a 3-way conference call when a call is in progress. Press the FLASH button on the phone to place the first call on hold. Listen for three short tones followed by a dial tone. Dial the number of the third party. When the third party answers, you will converse with him or her while the other party is on hold. To hold a conference call with the other two parties, simply press the FLASH button again.

This feature allows a call directed to a SavyTel Broadband Phone service subscriber to be transferred to the subscriber's voice mail box (VM) if he or she is unavailable. The subscriber accesses his or her VM message(s) either from (a) a Broadband phone; or (b) a Web-based interface for listening to, saving, or deleting messages.
- Before using Voice Mail, the user must initialize the VM feature
- First, go to the SavyTel Broadband Phone service site.
- Log on to your SavyTel Broadband Phone service account: MY ACCOUNT.
- Click on the button VM SETTING on the MY ACCOUNT menu.
- Enable the VM feature by selecting ENABLE.
- Enter a password that will be used later to access your voice mail via the Web interface.
- Click on SAVE.

- Accessing VM messages using the Web interface
- First, go to your SavyTel Broadband Phone service site.
- Log in to your SavyTel Broadband Phone service account.
- Click on "Check Voice Mail"
- Enter your Broadband phone service VM name and password. Please assure yourself that:
- Your VM name is your phone number, preceded by the number "1". E.g. 15143440030
- Your VM password is the one you had set during the VM initialization procedure.
- You will be presented with your email Inbox containing email(s). Each of these emails corresponds to one VM message. Clicking on any of the emails will begin playback of the selected VM message on your PC.
- To play back another VM message, click NEXT or PREVIOUS as necessary.
- To delete a VM message, just delete the corresponding email.
- To exit, click on LOGOUT.
Note that, for first access to the VM, the system will perform an automatic Web playback installation on your PC. Just follow the instruction prompts.
- To disable VM and to change your VM password
- First, go to your SavyTel Broadband Phone service site.
- Log in to your SavyTel Broadband Phone service account.
- Click on the button VM SETTING.
- Disable your VM feature by selecting DISABLE or change your password.
- Click on SAVE.
