  • Type of Savytel phone terminal (Linksys PAP2, Savysoft or X-Lite)
  • Make and model of your router or switch, if one is used.
  • Brief description of your home network (computers, routers, hubs, switches, firewall software)
  • Detailed description of the question / issue
